In the standard pack we include our ZeroLactix™ insulating cover, designed to create a thermal bridge between the water in the ice bath and the outside elements. Additionally, you can choose an optional "all-weather cover" to protect your ice bath against rain, litter and harsh sunlight that can cause the proliferation of microalgae.

For example, if you are in water at 10°C, it is recommended to stay submerged for 10 minutes.

Le produit est très bien malgré un gonflage plus compliqué que prévu et toujours pas réussi à 100 %, manque malgré tout deux choses dans ma commande. Il est plus petit que ce que je pensais par contre mais c est tout de même parfait pour aller mieux en cas de blessure, de fatigue.
