We have a 30 day refund and return policy , which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, send us the withdrawal form below by email. Please then send your unused item in the original box to our address listed below, remembering to include your order number on the tracked shipping label. Once received your return will be processed and if there are any issues we will contact you. Order cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by sending an email to contact@zerolactix.com before the order has been dispatched (every morning from Monday to Friday (except holidays)). If the order is dispatched, you will have to wait patiently for the delivery of your package and return it to us within 30 days of receipt of the package.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and resolve it. Please send us a photo to demonstrate the damage or problem.
Please contact us within 48 hours, if you fail to do so, you risk losing your right to insurance for shipping costs and not receiving compensation.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), personalized products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (such than beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your specific item.
Trades
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Rights and taxes
We cover all taxes and duties on our worldwide shipments. The price you pay at checkout is the final price you will pay.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved.
When an order includes free postage, only the return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If the order does not include free shipping, delivery and return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
